Mitch has an MBA in Finance and spent 20 years in financial and business management roles working for GTE/ Lucent Technologies, including managing a $100m 800 employee business unit for over 15 of those years. After leaving Lucent Mitch and his partner built a low-voltage electrical commercial security/audio-video business to $3.1m in revenue before selling it in 2013. Since then Mitch has been consulting with and investing in small businesses. Mitch currently is the CEO of a start-up in Oregon, part owner of an insurance company in Arizona, and a partner in FPS. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Wild At Heart, a local non-profit, on the Economic Development Advisory Board for the City of Peoria, Arizona, and acts as an Entrepreneur in Residence for the State of Arizona’s Venture Ready program.
