Mohamed Ali Kinani earned a high school diploma in physics and chemistry from Groupe scolaire OLM between 2013 and 2016. Mohamed ali also studied English as a second or foreign language at the American Language Center Rabat during the same period. From 2016 to 2021, Mohamed Ali Kinani attended the University of Ottawa, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, in January 2018, they obtained a certification in Système d'information sur les matières dangereuses utilisées au travail from the University of Ottawa.
