James Kanagasooriam

James Kanagasooriam has a wealth of work experience. James began their career in 2012 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Analytics - Political Strategy at Populus, where they worked for two of Britain's major political parties and a number of FTSE 250 clients. In 2018, they became a Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants and an Advisory Board Member at Onward. In 2019, they joined Hanbury Strategy as a Partner. In 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Stack Data Strategy, and in 2022, they took on the roles of Chief Research Officer (CRO) at Focaldata and Associate Researcher at King's College London.

James Kanagasooriam attended the University of Cambridge from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA).
