Andrew Franseen, MBA, CEC has extensive work experience in the field of business and executive coaching. Andrew is currently working as a Business and Executive Coach at FocalPoint since 2022. Prior to this, Andrew was the Founder, Consultant, and Coach at New Altitude Advisors, starting from 2007. At New Altitude Advisors, they focused on building great leaders and companies through strategic alignment, talent development, executive coaching, and change management. Andrew also worked as a Consultant at Courageous Leadership from 2018 to 2022.
