Jim Flemming

Jim Flemming's work experience began in 1978 at The Hudson Bay Company, where they served as the Principle Buyer for Records, Cameras, and Luggage. In 1988, they moved on to Paco Electronics as a National Account Sales representative until 1993. From 1997 to 2009, they worked for Plasticraft/Chandler - J.D. Irving Limited as the General Manager. During this time, they also served as a committee member for the Saint John Board of Trade from 1997 to 2011. Since 2009, Jim has been associated with FocalPoint Business Coaching/Beacon TeamWorks, holding various roles such as a Certified Business Coach, Certified Coach's Coach, and Certified Master Coach.

Jim Flemming completed their high school education at Saint John High School from 1971 to 1974. Jim then attended Mount Allison University from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Management and Marketing. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including "Beyond the Numbers (Financial Management for non-accountants)" from J.D. Jim has also completed a "Licensed Facilitator – Navigational Conversations/Navigational Coaching" program from Leadscape Learning and a "Predictive Index Interpretation" program from John Watson Group. Additionally, they have completed the "Prefatory Merchandising Course" from Hudson's Bay Company and "Pricing for Enhanced Performance" program from the Kelley School of Business.
