Kristin Piotrowski

Kristin Piotrowski, MBA, currently serves as a Certified Executive & Small Business Coach at FocalPoint, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Kristin owned and operated a Floor Coverings International franchise from October 2019 to March 2024, successfully scaling the business in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Additionally, Kristin held the position of Director of Global Logistics and Facilities at Axon from September 2016 to October 2019, managing logistics across six distribution centers. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Vixxo, overseeing a network of over 15,000 service providers, and extensive service in the U.S. Navy from 1994 to 2015, culminating in directorial positions in logistics and operations. Kristin earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from DePaul University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University.
