Ted worked as a Senior Consultant at Plutus Consulting Group, where they facilitated positive change, business innovation, and delivered best-in-class results for mid-sized businesses. Prior to that, they served as a Strategic Business & Executive Coach at FocalPoint Business Coaching, helping business owners take their companies to the next level. Ted also had a significant role at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as the Director of Resource & New Product Planning, overseeing a team of resource planners and ensuring excellent customer service. Before that, Ted worked at Imperial Tobacco Canada, where they held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of Special Projects, Coordinator of Vendor Performance, and Sr. Coordinator of Production Planning.
