Anne Decore

Anne DeCore is an experienced professional in relationship coaching and therapy, currently serving as the Founder and Coach at Starling Coaching since March 2023, with a focus on pre-marital enrichment. Prior to this role, Anne worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Focht Family Practice since December 2019, and as a Clinic Therapist at The Family Institute at Northwestern University from September 2017 to June 2019. Anne holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University. Earlier career experience includes positions in the apparel industry, such as Women's Apparel Buyer at Tommy Hilfiger and Women's Apparel Merchant at Club Monaco, along with a role as a Public Relations Assistant Account Executive at Nike Communications.
