Shan Gu

Shan Gu is the founder and CEO of Foci Solutions, a boutique consultancy that specializes in building software and technology solutions in the National Capital Area. Prior to founding Foci Solutions, Shan served as the Vice President of Integrations at BoldRadius Solutions, where Shan led the Integration practice focusing on Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle BPM Suite. Shan also has experience as a Manager at Accenture, where Shan managed IT initiatives from conceptualization to deployment, and as the VP of Business Development at Grade A Student Inc., where Shan developed strategic relationships and improved operating processes. Shan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems and Computers from Carleton University.
