Ashley Pickett

Ashley Pickett's work experience includes their current role as Director of Franchise Sales at Focus Brands LLC, which they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Franchise Sales Manager at the same company from June 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Focus Brands, Ashley held various roles at Jimmy John's, including Senior Brand Marketing Manager from December 2018 to December 2020, Brand Manager, Motorsports from January 2015 to December 2020, Marketing Projects & Special Events Manager from April 2016 to December 2018, Executive Assistant from January 2015 to March 2016, and Marketing Project Coordinator from September 2013 to December 2014. Ashley also worked as a Real World Skills Leader and Guerrilla Marketing Specialist at Jimmy John's from November 2012 to September 2013. Prior to Jimmy John's, Ashley worked as a Food Server at Buffalo Wild Wings from November 2009 to October 2010, and as a Member Activities Instructor at Life Time Fitness from May 2007 to September 2010. Ashley started their career as a Guest Service Associate at Chili's from November 2006 to September 2007.

Ashley Pickett received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, with a concentration in Human Nutrition, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2017, they obtained a certification in KARRASS® Effective Negotiating, and in 2020 they obtained a YTT-200 & Circuit Training Certification from Arrichion.
