James Schrader

James Schrader has a diverse work experience in various industries. James began their career in 2003 at Willow Creek Homecare, where they worked in marketing and successfully increased patient growth. James then started their own business, A Step Forward Homecare, as Owner/Administrator from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they joined OsteoArthritis Centers of America as the CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, where they established multiple medical clinics and managed operations across multiple states. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as the Manager of Center Operations at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center. James also worked in real estate at Century21 from 2003 to 2016.
