Irene Shtrulis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Director & GM of eCommerce for Global Channels at Focus Brands LLC. Prior to that, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Director of Digital Commerce Marketing, where they were responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. Irene also held the position of Sr. Marketing Manager, focusing on eCommerce and digital shopper marketing.

Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Irene worked at DG MediaMind (now Sizmek) as the Director of Global Professional Services, where they managed a cross-functional team and delivered client initiatives. Irene also worked at EyeWonder in various roles, including Director of Global Operations Onboarding and Training, Regional Director of Operations in APAC, Associate Director of Campaign Management, and Senior Campaign Manager. During their time at EyeWonder, they oversaw ad operations, managed partnerships with clients and vendors, and led digital marketing campaigns.

Earlier in their career, Irene worked at Havertys Furniture as a Copywriter, where they created content for various marketing materials, including catalogs, ads, and online banners. Additionally, they have freelanced as a Designer, Copywriter, and Consultant, and has experience in non-profit communications and PR. Overall, Irene has demonstrated expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, shopper marketing, and global operations.

Irene Shtrulis has a dual degree in Journalism (AdPR) and Communication Sciences from The University of Georgia. Irene also attended the Jacobson Leadership Institute in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas including leadership, teamwork, creativity, storytelling, bias, inclusive conversations, project management best practices, and a 200 HR certification in yoga.
