Marti Groce

Marti Groce, CSM, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in IT and payment systems. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at FOCUS Brands since August 2018, Groce oversees Payments-related projects. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Worldpay, where implementation of EMV technology was spearheaded, and Senior Project Manager at Fiserv, leading a large Mobile Enablement program during a transition to Agile methodology. Additional experience encompasses project management positions in organizations such as the Georgia Department of Labor, Cartera Commerce, CompuCredit, and TSYS, focusing on various initiatives including the implementation of debit card payments and system enhancements. Groce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
