With a background in legal roles at Advance Auto Parts and Delhaize America, Sarah has extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Sarah earned their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia and their Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
