Shelley Harris is the current President of the Restaurant Category at Focus Brands. Shelley has over 17 years of experience in leadership positions in the restaurant industry.
Shelley started their career with Burger King Corporation in 2005 as the Senior Director of Operations Excellence. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team that designed operational training for front line operations and sales team. In 2010, they were promoted to Vice President of Global Operations, where they oversaw operations for Burger King locations worldwide.
In 2012, Shelley left Burger King to join Cinnabon as Vice President of Operations. Shelley was with Cinnabon for less than a year before moving on to McAlister's Deli, where they served as Vice President of Operations for three years.
In October 2020, Shelley joined Focus Brands as SVP Operations for the Restaurant Category. Shelley was promoted to President of the Restaurant Category in October 2022.
Shelley Harris received their B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
