Tom Britton has extensive experience in supply chain management. Tom is currently employed at Focus Brands LLC as the Senior Director - Supply Chain, where they lead the restaurant category supply chain team and consults on various supply chain projects to enhance the company's capabilities. Prior to this, they worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as the Sr Manager - Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation, where they developed a strategy capability within the supply chain organization and led a team supporting capital investment projects and inventory management methodologies. Tom also worked at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. as a Manager - US Distribution, where they managed relationships with third-party distribution centers and implemented projects to reduce supply chain costs. Tom's early work experience includes roles at Auburn University as a Researcher.
Tom Britton has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tom also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Aviation from Auburn University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Food Safety in Warehousing and Distribution from AIB International and an IFR/Commercial SE/ME Certificate from Flight Experience. Tom recently obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
