Jessica possesses extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Lancemore Hotel Group since January 2024. Previously, Jessica held the position of Chef De Partie at Pt. Leo Estate from September 2021 to December 2023, and at Woodman Estate - Luxury Country Hotel from August 2018 to September 2021. Jessica’s experience also includes roles as Chef de Partie at Longitude 131° and multiple positions at Bolero Brasserie, including Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie, spanning from October 2011 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a Demi Chef de Partie at Mozaic Restaurant and a Cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, following a brief internship at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Swiss German University, completed in 2007.
