Nisha is working as a project coordinator at Focus for over 4 years now. She has been in the e-learning industry for 8 years and counting. Nisha uses her terrific communication and management skills to plan out projects and ensure smooth on-time delivery. Having a background in instructional design, she acts as a natural liaison between the manager and the development team comprising instructional designers, graphic designers, and programmers.

Nisha is a BCom graduate from Bangalore University and she holds a Diploma in Education from Pune University.
