Colleen Adams

Colleen assists the Legal Team with M&A transactions and regulatory and other legal matters. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing mandatory filings, coordination of closing matters and assisting the Legal Team in drafting various legal documents for Focus and its partner firms.

Prior to joining Focus, Colleen worked for over five years in the customer service industry.

She holds a B.A. in International Language-Business from The University of Scranton. Colleen currently lives in Manhattan.
