Timothy Connor

Tim is responsible for business development and acquisition activities, with an emphasis on executing direct transactions on behalf of Focus, as well as merger transactions on behalf of the partner firms. He also works closely with several Focus partner firms on strategic initiatives to accelerate their growth.

Prior to joining Focus, Tim worked with the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a member of the financial institutions practice working on a range of assignments for companies in the asset management, wealth management and fintech spaces. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs and UBS advising wealth managers on their investment decisions.

Tim received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
