Xinran Zhang

Scarlet is responsible for the Focus Business Intelligence platform – Clarity. In addition to this role at Focus, she works with Focus partner firms to provide value-added support including operational infrastructure assessments, strategic vendor and custodian negotiations, technology implementations and M&A integration support. Scarlet also works with breakaway advisors to provide transition support through the Focus Independence program.

In addition, Scarlet is responsible for Focus China business development, with an emphasis on sourcing investment opportunities and potential candidates to establish strategic relationships with Focus partner firms.

Scarlet received her master’s degree in Statistics from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Economics from University College London, England.
