Jon Daveney

Jon Daveney is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Focus Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jon held senior positions at Hg from February 2020 to June 2025, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Executive and an Associate. Jon began a career in consulting at OC&C Strategy Consultants, progressing from Associate Consultant to Consultant between September 2015 and February 2020. Initial experience was gained at Defence Equipment and Support during a Year in Industry from September 2010 to June 2011. Jon earned a Master’s degree in Physics from Durham University, completing studies in 2015, and obtained A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Clyst Vale College.
