Neil Jeffery is a Telco Service Desk Manager at Focus Group since January 2020. Prior to this, Neil held various roles at SAS Global Communications from November 2005 to January 2020, including Network Operations Manager, NOC Service Desk Duty Manager, and NOC Service Desk Team Leader. Neil also worked as a Service Desk 2nd Line Network Engineer and Service Desk Systems Support Engineer. Before joining SAS Global Communications, Neil briefly worked as an IT Helpdesk Assistant at NORWICH UNION INSURANCE LIMITED. Neil holds a degree in Computer Science BSc from the University of Westminster, where Neil attended from 2001 to 2005. Neil completed their high school education at Worthing High School from 1991 to 1995.
