Elizabeth Stanislawski

Elizabeth Stanislawski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Elizabeth is currently working at Focus GTS as the Director of Talent and Culture, a position they assumed in January 2021. Before Macy's, they served as a Sales Manager at Macy's from June 2014 to March 2015, where they oversaw and led a team of associates, motivated and coached them to achieve business goals, and presented to company executives.

Elizabeth's earlier work experience includes roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, where they held various positions such as General Manager, District Manager, People Store Manager, Store Manager, and Manager in Training/Assistant Manager between 2007 and 2014. Elizabeth also worked at State Farm as an Assistant to Agent from September 2006 to April 2007, and at Zeta Tau Alpha as a Traveling Leadership Consultant from June 2004 to May 2005.

Elizabeth Stanislawski attended the University of Miami where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing. Elizabeth obtained additional certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
