Abraham Garver

Abraham Garver is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and strategic advisory roles. As the MSP Team Leader and Managing Director at FOCUS Investment Banking since November 2017, Garver has founded and led a team that successfully advised on transactions involving 77 parties and facilitated 12 MSPs' transitions into "New Platforms" for private equity groups. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at BG Strategic Advisors, where Garver managed due diligence processes and negotiated key agreements, as well as roles at Focus Investment Banking, Marsh & McLennan, Clark Consulting, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Ernst & Young. Abraham Garver holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and a Master's in Finance from the University of Alabama.
