The Governance Team at Focus Ireland is responsible for providing strategic oversight and ensuring that the organization operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Comprising board members and a chairperson, the team develops policies, supports effective decision-making, and ensures accountability, ultimately aiming to enhance the organization's ability to serve those at risk of homelessness.
