Brent Butler

Brent Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities operations and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Facilities Operations at Focus on the Family since 2023, Brent has a background that includes roles such as Construction Renovation & Building Transition Project Manager from 2022 to 2023 and Deputy Sheriff at Douglas County Sheriff's Office between 2018 and 2022, where duties included crash reconstruction and training new officers. Previous consultancy work was performed independently from 2015 to 2018, and notable positions at Compassion International spanned from 2010 to 2015, including Operations Services Director and Physical Security Director. A Colorado State Trooper from 2004 to 2010, Brent also held leadership roles during training, including Academy Class President. Brent Butler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Master's University and pursued further education at The Master's Seminary.
