Kaitlin Pugh

Kaitlin Pugh is a seasoned project manager currently working at Focus on the Family since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kaitlin served as Associate Director at Shady Grove Family YMCA and Teen Director at YMCA of Greater Richmond from October 2016 to March 2022. Additionally, Kaitlin held the position of Director of Youth Ministries at Discovery United Methodist Church from June 2011 to March 2022 and worked as Program Coordinator at Virginia Commonwealth University in early 2016. Kaitlin's career began at WRIC News Channel 8 for a brief period in January 2011. Educationally, Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology along with a minor in Communication from Randolph-Macon College, completing studies there from 2007 to 2011.
