Luke Runyon

Luke Runyon is an experienced professional currently serving as an Identity and Access Management Engineer and Tier 2 End User Support at Focus on the Family since February 2022, where responsibilities include handling technical escalations and advanced inquiries. Previous roles include a Tech Support Specialist, where Luke developed and implemented technology solutions for end users and contributed to IT projects, a Millworks Specialist at The Home Depot, a Ranch Hand at The Broadmoor, a Salesman at American Income Life Insurance Company working with Union members' life insurance plans, and an Infantryman in the US Army, leading fire teams during Operation Freedom's Sentinel.
