Amber Clark has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily in recruitment and sales. Amber most recently worked at Focus People as the VP of Client and Recruitment Strategy, where they focused on providing exceptional staffing solutions and building fruitful relationships with clients and candidates. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Client Solutions, Recruiting Manager, and Senior Recruiter, where they managed teams, collaborated with hiring managers, and successfully met staffing goals. Before joining Focus People, Amber worked at Atlanta Sales & Marketing, BREED International Consulting, LLC, Fire Inc Atlanta, Webster & Associates, and createTWO Visual Communication Studio, where they gained experience in HR recruiting, sales management, public relations, and marketing.
Amber Clark obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations from Auburn University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.

Focus People began as the brainchild of Amy Shockley in 1994. She grew up in the staffing business and worked in her father’s staffing firm, bringing her years of expertise and experience into Focus. Alongside her husband, Amy still runs the company to this day, with their leadership setting the vision and direction of our growth. Our staff members are experts with deep industry experience.
