Rene Beach has a diverse work experience in the staffing industry. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Focus of Georgia, Inc. Then, from 2002 to 2009, they served as an Account Manager at the same company. In 2016, they joined Focus People as a Senior Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of Director of Operations. In this role, they implemented processes and led tech stack audits and initiatives, with a focus on Bullhorn ATS and related integrations.
Rene Beach attended Clayton State University from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Business Administration and Management, without completing a specific degree.

Focus People began as the brainchild of Amy Shockley in 1994. She grew up in the staffing business and worked in her father’s staffing firm, bringing her years of expertise and experience into Focus.
