Brad Olson has an extensive background in executive search, having worked at various companies throughout their career. Brad founded Brad Martin & Associates, a boutique executive search firm that was later acquired by Focus Search Partners, where Brad currently serves as the Managing Partner. Prior to this, Brad also held positions at Stone Murphy and Andcor Companies, Inc. Brad Olson specializes in recruiting board members, executives, and senior-level individuals, with a focus on building teams to help companies grow.
