Jesse Shaffer

Jesse Shaffer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2009, they worked as a Server at Bertucci's, where they utilized their communication skills and menu knowledge to provide excellent service to customers. In 2012, they interned as a Technical Consultant at Nelon, Davis & Associates, where they provided technical expertise and designed computer systems. Jesse then went on to work as a Sales Manager at Fior D'Italia from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Sales Representative at Gift-ology, where they recommended merchandise and maintained knowledge of promotions. From 2016 to 2018, Jesse worked as a Server at Stones Public House. Most recently, they joined Focus Technology Solutions in 2017, first as a Field Service Technician providing on-site support for clients, and then as a Senior Field Service Engineer.

Jesse Shaffer earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Jesse obtained several certifications, including the VMware Certified Technical Associate - Data Center Virtualization in 2023, the Jamf Certified Associate in 2022, the Webroot Endpoint Technical Certification in 2018, the CompTIA Cloud+ in 2023, the CompTIA Network+ in 2022, the Fortinet NSE3 in 2022, and the Datto Deployment Specialist in 2022.
