Currently, Nicole works as the Learning & Development Manager - Professional Market at FOCUS Training, leading conversations to reveal unsaid needs and providing coaching. With a strong legal background, Nicole previously served as a Law Clerk at Odelson & Sterk, LTD., conducting extensive research on various legal issues. Additionally, Nicole has experience in mediation and public speaking consulting. Nicole holds a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and English Literature from DePauw University.
