Troy Hesselgesser

Troy Hesselgesser is the Head of Sales and Marketing at Focused Labs as of October 2023, leading efforts in a software product development consultancy that employs lean practices to optimize software solutions. Previously, Troy held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Sales at Everise and Group Vice President of Sales at TTEC. Experience includes a significant tenure at Working Solutions, where Troy served as SVP of Business Development focused on customer experience and BPO solutions, as well as leadership roles at Noribachi, Beso Hollywood Restaurant, Maistro PLC, Colberg Technologies, and The PRS Media Group, contributing to business development and sales strategies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis on Business from the University of Southern California.
