Sebastian Wojczik

Sebastian Wojczik currently serves as Vice President of Laser-driven Radiation Sources (LDRS) and Director of Business Development at Focused Energy, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Sebastian was Chief of Staff at OpenRad from August 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. As Strategy Director at medneo GmbH from December 2017 to August 2022, Sebastian managed the Strategy department and reported directly to the CEO. Earlier experiences include founding CONSULTANTS CLINICAL TRIALS LIMITED, serving as Managing Director at ANOVIO AG, and holding various leadership positions at Zumtobel Group, Sell GmbH, and Siemens Ltd. China. Sebastian holds an MBA in General Management and Strategic Management from the University of Surrey, and degrees in Computer Science and Business Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and the Verwaltung- und Wirtschaftsakademie Berlin.
