Kathy Hegarty Posey is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in registrar operations and consulting. Currently serving as Consulting Director at focusEDU since May 2018, Kathy addresses institutional needs through assessment, evaluation, and interim leadership in registrar functions. Previous roles include University Registrar at Bentley University, where processes were developed to enhance the student and faculty experience, and Registrar at Mount Ida College, where manual processes were transformed into efficient technological systems that offered both financial and organizational benefits. Additionally, Kathy served as a Richard Holme Fellow at Bennington College, teaching English and career skills to young adults in Rwanda.
