Firas Suleiman has had an extensive career in sales and training. Firas began their career in 2009 as a Sales Supervisor at Harvey Nichols. In 2010, they became an Executive Manager at OSN - Wcomi International - ICCB Group, where they managed the OSN office in Syria. In 2012, they joined OSN as a Training & Development Manager, Senior Regional Trainer, and Sales Trainer - Coach. In this role, they provided training sessions in the MENA region and for different departments in the company. Firas also served as a Sales Team Leader. In 2019, Firas Suleiman was appointed as Managing Director at FODEL.

Firas Suleiman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Damascus University.
