Kenny Larsen

Kenny Larsen is an experienced professional with a focus on data and business analysis within Fødevarestyrelsen since April 2007. As Kontorchef i Data og forretningsanalyse, Kenny works to enhance food safety, health, and growth through effective data use and digital integration. Previous roles include leading the Control & Data department, where the focus was on embedding a culture of improvement and ensuring effective data-driven business processes. Kenny also served as Sektionsleder for Kontrol- og datagruppen, overseeing control initiatives for safe food and healthy animals, and has held positions in leadership, project management, and financial control. Prior experience includes work at Københavns Kommune and Roskilde University, where Kenny contributed to administration and research efforts.
