Nikki Vargas

Nikki Vargas is a seasoned travel and lifestyle editor with extensive experience in digital media. Currently serving as Senior Digital Editor for Fodors.com since June 2021, Nikki oversees the editorial series Dear Eugene and produces daily content. Previously, Nikki worked as a Digital Editor at Paradigm Talent Agency, where representation as a 2x published author includes the 2023 release, CALL YOU WHEN I LAND. As the founder of Unearth Women, a pioneering women's travel magazine, Nikki successfully established the publication in over 800 bookstores across North America and select international locations. Additional roles include freelance journalism for various prestigious outlets, management positions at The Infatuation and Atlas Obscura, and experience as a digital media planner at MediaVest. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
