David Nischwitz

David Nischwitz is responsible for strategy relating to value-enhancing capital improvements in the repositioning of acquisition properties as well as existing assets. David also oversees Fogelman’s Construction Management department in the implementation of these capital projects. Prior to joining the Fogelman team, David was Senior Vice President of Mid America Apartment Communities. David graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and earned his MBA degree from the University of Memphis. A licensed landscape architect, David is a member of American Society of Landscape Architects, ULI- Memphis, and serves on the board of the Visible Music College.
