Phil Sarnoff

Phil Sarnoff has worked at various companies since 2003. Phil began their career as an Assistant Field Director at Outback Therapeutic Expeditions. Phil then went on to be the Coordinator of Leisure and Outdoor Programs at North Dakota State University in 2006. In 2011, Phil was the Sustainability Intern at Salt Lake City Corporation, the Board Chair of The Green Urban Lunch Box, and the Nordic Ski Coach of The Utah Nordic Alliance. In 2013, they became the Program Manager of GREENbike. From 2014 to 2019, Phil was the Executive Director of Bike Utah. In 2021, they were the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Akers Digital and is currently the Business Operations Manager at Foghorn Labs since 2022.

Phil Sarnoff attended the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2000. Phil then attended George Williams College, where they earned an MS in Recreation Administration in 2006. Following this, they attended the University of Utah, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism in 2012. Most recently, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Nonprofit Leadership degree in 2018.
