Denice Hickman

Denice Hickman currently serves as the Senior Director of Pharmacovigilance and Safety at Foghorn Therapeutics Inc. since June 2022 and has concurrently held the role of Senior Director of Clinical and Safety Sciences at APREA Therapeutics since March 2020, where prior responsibilities included Director of Clinical and Safety Sciences.
