Head of Revenue Enablement at Foleon

Irene Betist has extensive experience in revenue enablement and sales operations. Irene is currently working at Foleon as the Head of Revenue Enablement. In this role, they are responsible for enabling the commercial teams to add value in customer interactions and maximize revenue.

Prior to their current role, Irene worked at Sana Commerce from 2017 to 2022. Irene started as a Sales Operations Associate, where they focused on process optimization, data modeling, and facilitating internal meetings and training sessions. Irene then took on the role of Sales Enablement Consultant, where they facilitated sellers to work more effectively and efficiently by providing training and coaching on sales enablement technologies. Irene's last role at Sana Commerce was as a Team Lead Revenue Enablement. In this position, they led a team with the mission to enhance the customer buying experience through enablement and training programs.

Before joining Sana Commerce, Irene gained experience as a Managerial Assistant/Manager's Side-kick at Sana Commerce and as a Business Development Agent at Portstream B.V. Irene also worked as an intern at Future Forward Tech Group B.V. and gained valuable skills in the hospitality industry as a Server and Hostess at Eet- en Drinklokaal de Hoofdwacht.

Irene Betist's education history is as follows:

Irene started their education at Maerlant College Brielle from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained their VWO diploma with a focus on Profiel Economie en Maatschappij (Economics and Society).

Irene then attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2013 to 2016, earning their International Bachelor of Communication and Media degree with a specialization in Communication and Business.

Irene also had an exchange program at the University of Leeds in 2015 as part of their bachelor's degree.

From 2018 to 2020, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Management of Innovation from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

In 2019, Irene had a brief Master Exchange program at CUHK MBA.

In addition to their formal education, Irene has obtained various certifications. Irene completed the Chorus Academy | Managers: Chorus Onboarding program at Chorus.ai in October 2022. In October 2020, they obtained a Sales Enablement certification from LinkedIn. Irene also achieved a Mastership in Prospecting and Sales (SaaS Sales Method) from Winning by Design in January 2022. Furthermore, they completed a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Microso in June 2021.
