Carmen Dematteis

Carmen DeMatteis is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Foley Hoag LLP since February 2023, where there is a focus on representing growth-oriented companies throughout their corporate life cycle, including corporate governance, financing, and M&A transactions.
