Xianfeng Morgan Xu

Xianfeng Morgan Xu, PhD, JD, currently serves as Counsel at Foley Hoag LLP since March 2024. Prior to this role, Xianfeng held multiple positions at Inscripta, Inc., including Vice President of Legal and IP, Corporate Secretary, and Senior Director of IP from May 2022 to March 2024. Xianfeng's career also includes experience as an Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from September 2011 to May 2022, where responsibilities included advising on life sciences patent portfolio strategies and coordinating IP lifecycle management. Earlier, Xianfeng worked as a Patent Agent, focusing on global patent procurement and IP due diligence. Xianfeng's academic background includes a JD with honors from The George Washington University, a PhD in Plant Biology, Molecular & Cell Biology from The Ohio State University, and a BS in Biotechnology from Peking University.
