Paige Charbonneau

Paige Charbonneau, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Principal People Business Partner at Foley, a role focused on developing a strategic HRBP function that enhances performance and engagement within the organization. In addition to this position, Paige acts as an Advisory Member for Wowledge, where contributions help empower HR professionals through access to valuable resources. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior People Success Partner at Lakeside Software, where Paige provided comprehensive HR support across North America, and as the Director of People & Culture at Aqueduct Technologies, overseeing full-cycle HR functions and development initiatives.
