Ruth Pomerance

Ruth Pomerance is a seasoned producer and creative executive with over 30 years of experience in content development across theatre, publishing, film, and television. Currently serving as a Producer at Reade Street Productions since 2019 and a Literary and Dramatic Rights Agent at Folio Literary Management, Pomerance also holds a consulting role at International Literary Properties, focusing on the investment in literary rights. Previous positions include Senior Editor at Hyperion Books, Head of Entertainment Initiative at Rockwell Group, and Executive Vice President for Production and Development at both IDT Entertainment and USA Films. Pomerance has a background in talent management as Head of the New York Office at Artists Management Group and began a career in development with the William Morris Agency. Pomerance is a member of professional organizations such as the Producers Guild, BAFTA, and NYWIFT, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education from New York University.
