Oskar Lindsjö is an experienced bioinformatics analyst currently employed at Folkhälsomyndigheten since February 2019, specializing in laboratory development and technology transfer. Prior to this role, Oskar worked at SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences from January 2011 to February 2019 as a postdoctoral researcher in microbial genomics and molecular biology, focusing on the microbiome of biogas reactors. Oskar earned a PhD in Pathobiology, conducting research in virology and bacteriology and participated in the AniBio Threat project during the PhD studies at the National Veterinary Institute. Oskar also has experience as a lab technician at Nordic BioPharma and as a junior lecturer at the University of Skövde, along with leadership experience as Chairman of the Student Union at Studentkåren i Skövde. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Biomedicine from the University of Skövde and a Doctor of Philosophy in Veterinary Pathology and Pathobiology from Swedish.
