Cristina Söderberg

Cristina Söderberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, business development, and leadership. Currently serving as CEO of Skill Insight Sweden since September 2015 and as Speaker Coach for TEDxStockholm since 2018, Cristina focuses on enhancing authentic communication and social impact. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Advisor at Tele2, Senior Project Leader at Svenska Spel, and various leadership positions at Ericsson AB, where contributions included global human resources strategies and change management. Cristina has also held advisory and board positions, such as Chairman of the Board at Ettskydd Brand & Säkerhet Sverige AB, and served as Vice Chairman of Business and Professional Women Stockholm.
